Lunch Meetings

· We meet the 1^stand 3^rd Tuesday of Each Month

o 1^st Segment-10 Minutes is Networking

o 2^nd Segment- 25(1 minute/member) Minutes we go around the room for announcements:

§ Referrals

§ Promotions

§ Business with Members

§ Meeting with Members

o 3^rd Segment- 5 minute Member highlight

o 4^th Segment- 20 minute Speaker

§ Each member will be assigned one week to speak

§ Member can invite outside speaker to speak for them

§ Member can organize activity

§ Member can use to discuss business issue

o 5^th Segment Adjourn

· Meetings Held at Lottinvilles located just south of 15th & Kelly

After Hour Events

· The After Hours Event will be at the host(s) convenience but must be scheduled 30 days in advance.

o Up to Two Members will host each event

o Club will reimburse up to $200 for event.

o Host can and are encouraged to invite outside guest to attend

o Host will provide food

o Host will provide drinks

o Greeter and Sign-in Sheet

Community Involvement

As a Business club we feel it is not only our responsibility to promote local businesses but we need to play an active role in the community. Below is a list of the local organizations and charities that we support through volunteering our time.
